In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of fast-moving recruitment projects supporting high-growth technology companies across North America. You will contribute directly to how elite talent is identified, assessed, and presented by combining research, communication, and project coordination skills. The position blends market intelligence, writing, and structured execution to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly from start to finish. You will play a key role in transforming complex hiring needs into clear, actionable strategies and well-organized candidate pipelines. This is a highly collaborative environment where precision, speed, and ownership directly impact client experience. Your work ensures that hiring teams always have clarity, visibility, and confidence in the process.
- Conduct in-depth market and talent research to map competitive landscapes and identify high-quality candidate pools within B2B tech and SaaS sectors.
- Develop clear and compelling outreach messaging, job narratives, and employer value propositions tailored to each client’s hiring strategy.
- Track and synthesize recruitment data, candidate feedback, and market insights into actionable recommendations for the team.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
- Maintain structured, accurate, and updated candidate status reports for continuous client visibility.
- Design and prepare presentations, charts, and visual materials to communicate market insights and pipeline updates.
- Ensure recruitment projects progress efficiently by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and overall workflow execution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency through smarter tools and workflows.
- Strong intellectual curiosity with a proactive interest in learning about B2B tech, SaaS, and go-to-market strategies.
- Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable working in deadline-driven, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts.

- Monthly salary ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 USD, depending on experience.
- Fully remote position available anywhere within LATAM.
