Job Description

Strategic Workforce Development is hiring Machine Operators for a corrugated packaging manufacturer in the Kansas City area.

PAY AND SCHEDULE
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift openings

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Set up, run and clean production equipment
  • Watch product quality during runs (board quality, dimensions, warp, defects) and adjust as needed
  • Keep production records and turn in maintenance work orders
  • Work as a team to meet production schedules safely
  • Help train other team members and learn other positions on the line

WHAT YOU NEED

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years running high-speed manufacturing equipment (corrugated, printing or related industry)
  • Corrugated plant experience preferred
  • Reliable attendance
