Position: Data Center Logistics Specialist II
Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm
Pay: $32
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
- A minimum of 6 months experience operating sit-down forklift, stand-up reach truck, Electric pallet jack.
-REQUIRED: A MINIMUM of 6 months’ experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels.
-At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.

Data Center Logistics Specialist II
Role Purpose:
Perform logistics duties within a data center including inventory management, asset management, and data management. Role is responsible for execution and prioritization of daily operational activities, completion of tasks within SLA and quality standards, and maintenance of high productivity while balancing accuracy and safety.
Key Accountabilities:
- Be able to complete the role and responsibility of a Data Center Specialist
- Adjust workflows and priorities to meet operational demands
- Communicate and delegate workload changes within scope of responsibility to hit tasks within SLA and quality standards
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within defined thresholds
- Ensure proper tracking, labeling, and chain of custody of inventory
- Identify and enforce adherence to established SOPs, safety protocols, and handling guidelines
- Support audit readiness and corrective actions
- Communicate risks to SLA performance early and clearly
- Assist with identifying root causes of errors, delays, or process breakdowns
- Take immediate corrective actions within authority
- Use escalation pathways appropriately for complex issues
- Provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders
- Support seamless workflow handoffs
- Support implementation of new workflows, tools, or layouts
- Share and communicate best practices across shifts or teams
- Identify and escalate safety risks or hazards immediately
- Participate in safety initiatives and reporting
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency in performance
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience in a data center desirable
- Ability to utilize computer
