Position Summary
We are seeking a self-driven, results-oriented HR Staffing Specialist to support high-volume hiring needs across warehouse and distribution environments. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, onboarding support, and partnership with Operations and HR teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline warehouse, material handling, and related operational roles across multiple locations and markets.
• Source, attract, and screen candidates through job boards, databases, social media, referrals, outreach campaigns, community partnerships, job fairs, and networking events.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and fit for client and operational needs.
• Coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process from initial contact through start date.
• Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and HR Field teams to understand staffing needs, clarify role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system and provide timely updates on recruiting activity, open positions, and staffing progress.
• The role may also assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leaves of absence, 401(k), COBRA, worker compensation and unemployment claims.

Required Qualifications
• Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field; high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, clients, and community contacts.
• Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, Microsoft Office 365, and other recruiting tools.
• Valid driver’s license required; position requires regular travel to client sites and recruiting events.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Two years of full-cycle recruiting experience and/or HR experience.
• Prior experience recruiting for industrial, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or high-volume staffing environments.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar business systems.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience. Bonuses for exceeding performance standards

Travel and Work Requirements
• Expected travel is approximately 50% for client visits, onsite check-ins, recruiting events, and market support.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
