This role focuses on generating new enterprise business and building relationships with major brands in a global technology environment.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, creating opportunities, and opening doors within complex enterprise organizations.
The position combines strategic prospecting, networking, social selling, account development, and consultative engagement.
You will guide prospective customers through the early stages of the sales journey, from initial outreach through their first purchase and adoption.
Working with a HubSpot-centered sales technology stack, you will maintain disciplined pipeline activity, forecasting, and account planning.
You will become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their content challenges and positioning technology solutions that address their business needs.

- Develop and execute sales strategies designed to acquire new enterprise customers and generate sustainable revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Identify and engage new prospects within enterprise organizations, using outbound prospecting, networking, events, social selling, and other lead-generation approaches.
- Open relationships with new buying departments and build trusted connections across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Establish strong business relationships with enterprise brands and clearly communicate the value proposition of the platform and its solutions.
- Understand each prospect's video content requirements, business challenges, and strategic priorities, positioning the platform as a long-term partner.
- Manage prospects through the early stages of the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement and qualification through the first purchase and adoption.
- Consistently achieve sales revenue targets while maintaining strong month-over-month sales activity and pipeline generation.
- Maintain accurate account plans, CRM records, sales sequences, opportunity information, and pipeline activity.
- Use CRM data and sales technology to manage the sales cycle effectively, maintain accurate forecasts, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Build relationships through regular customer and prospect engagement, providing relevant insights and demonstrating thought leadership within the video content space.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and valuable customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships by connecting with additional departments, stakeholders, and potential buying centers.
- Apply strategic account management and social selling techniques to strengthen relationships and create opportunities for future growth.
- Transition established customers to account management teams once the initial purchase and adoption stages have been successfully completed.
Requirements
- Bring at least 3 years of proven experience in new business acquisition, preferably in a quota-carrying sales or business development role with a strong hunting focus.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of successfully prospecting, opening new accounts, and delivering against sales targets.
- Have solid experience selling technology solutions and a strong understanding of how technology can be positioned to address customer business needs.
- Bring extensive experience selling to enterprise brands, ideally within advertising, content creation, media, or related industries.
- Be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of pipeline generation and sales outcomes in a remote environment.
- Demonstrate strong CRM expertise and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle, including forecasting, opportunity management, and sales sequence execution.
- Be highly goal-oriented, persistent, and energized by challenging sales targets and competitive environments.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, prospects, opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
- Be a natural networker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
- Have strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to identify new buying opportunities within large organizations.
