National Account Coordinator - Processor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Account Coordinator - Processor based in the United States.

This role supports national customer accounts and inside sales operations, ensuring orders, projects, and customer needs are handled efficiently from start to finish.
You’ll serve as a key connection point between customers, National Account Managers, sales teams, branches, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
The position combines customer service, sales operations, forecasting, account administration, project coordination, and pricing support.
You’ll help maintain critical customer and commercial information while driving accurate execution across multiple operational processes.
Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, service levels, profitability, and growth.
The role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities.
The position is primarily onsite during weekday day shifts, with limited flexibility for occasional remote work depending on location and business needs.

This role supports the successful management and growth of strategic national customer accounts within a fast-paced commercial environment.
You will coordinate sales operations, customer account activity, order processing, forecasting, and project execution.
Working closely with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help keep customer commitments on track.
The position offers broad exposure to sales, marketing, inventory, finance, purchasing, and customer service operations.
You will play an important role in onboarding new business and ensuring smooth execution throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your ability to organize information, identify issues, and turn insights into action will directly support customer satisfaction and business performance.
This is an onsite, Monday-Friday day-shift opportunity, with limited flexibility to work from home depending on business needs.

Accountabilities
  • Support the National Account Sales Team with sales operations activities, enabling commercial teams to focus on customer-facing revenue generation, profitability, performance, and growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date national account information, including customer profiles, contracts, marketing programs, pricing files, product files, and customer contacts.
  • Manage key account processes such as new customer setup, forecasting, inventory and fill-rate reviews, drop-ship execution, order processing, accounting accuracy, accounts receivable aging, reporting, and account maintenance.
  • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional programs, marketing calendars, campaigns, and sponsored events.
  • Coordinate the operational implementation of new business opportunities, including customer engagement, onboarding, internal stakeholder coordination, and ongoing project management.
  • Partner with National Account Managers and internal teams to develop proposals, sales presentations, pricing analyses, and commercially relevant insights.
  • Facilitate collaborative forecasting activities to improve purchasing decisions, optimize inventory levels, and maximize customer service levels.
  • Coordinate recurring customer-facing and internal sales and marketing meetings, communicate key information, and ensure action items are followed through to completion.
  • Identify potential operational issues, address concerns proactively, and help mitigate obstacles with a strong sense of urgency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of sales and sales operations practices, with a demonstrated ability to consistently execute against deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess information, determine appropriate actions, and apply previous learning to new situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in customer service, warehousing, finance, purchasing, or inventory management is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning abilities, including the capacity to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite during the Monday-Friday day shift, with limited work-from-home flexibility available in some circumstances.
  • The position may be based in St. Louis, MO, or at an eligible U.S. hub location, including Sumner, Cerritos, Anaheim, Tempe/Phoenix, Dallas, Kansas City, Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Winston-Salem, Worcester, Monmouth Junction, Perth Amboy, or York.
Benefits
  • Base salary of $50,000–$65,000, plus bonus, depending on education, experience, and location.
  • State-specific minimum salary requirements apply, including higher minimums for eligible positions in California, Washington, Colorado, and New York.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for employees and eligible dependents, beginning the first day of the month after 30 days of employment, subject to applicable plan terms.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a company match of $0.75 for every $1.00 contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay, available after 30 days.
  • 10 vacation days and 2 personal days annually, prorated during the first year.
  • 40 hours of annual sick pay, with 56 hours available for employees hired in Washington in accordance with state law.
  • 6 paid national holidays plus 2 floating holidays.
  • Additional leave and benefits required under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
