Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Program Supervisor / Shift Leader to join our team in managing and supporting our non-residential program. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the non-residential program
-Facilitating groups, community service outings, transporting students and assisting with supervision of students.
- Lead and supervise staff and participants during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to program policies and procedures
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to promote professional development
- Monitor participant progress and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to program activities and participant records
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to coordinate services and resources
- Assist in planning and implementing program activities and community engagement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Assistant Program Supervisor) High school diploma or equivalent (Shift Leader)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a social services or community program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of non-residential program operations and relevant regulations
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Requirements:Work hours: Tuesday-Friday, 11:00-7:00 pm
Saturday, 9:00-2:00 pm
The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required. DHS and PDE FBI Fingerprints, PA Childline and PA Criminal clearances are required.
