It is well suited to an experienced architect who enjoys staying hands-on while shaping enterprise technology solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead technical discovery, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops to understand business needs and establish effective solution approaches.
  • Define end-to-end solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for Dynamics CRM development, including plugins, JavaScript or TypeScript, integrations, custom APIs, workflows, and other customizations.
  • Design and deliver portal solutions using Power Pages and relevant third-party portal technologies, supporting diverse customer and business requirements.
  • Produce high-quality architectural documentation, including entity relationship diagrams, system diagrams, process flows, integration models, and other technical specifications.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders and support effective technical decision-making.
  • Mentor technical team members through code reviews, architectural guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support throughout implementation.
  • Support implementation and deployment activities, including data migration, integration configuration, release processes, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Use Azure DevOps for backlog management and CI/CD pipeline automation while maintaining effective development and deployment practices.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise through continuous learning, hands-on exploration, and staying current with Microsoft cloud technologies and product releases.
Requirements:
  • Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and architecting Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement solutions, ideally across complex enterprise environments.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrate strong CRM development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, plugin development, workflows, and custom APIs.
  • Have experience designing integrations using Azure services and working with services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Key Vault.
  • Bring experience with portal frameworks and technologies including Power Pages, Sitefinity with The Portal Connector, Sitecore, or WordPress with relevant plugins.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and using Azure DevOps for effective development lifecycle management.
  • Have strong knowledge of data modeling, enterprise solution design, integration patterns, and the ability to produce architectural documentation such as ERDs and process flows.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have experience mentoring and supporting technical team members through architecture guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience with Azure Fabric, enterprise reporting, Power BI, REST, SOAP, OData, ETL tools, or consulting/professional services environments is considered an advantage.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Architect or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, are preferred.
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and available for occasional travel within Canada and the USA.
Benefits:
  • CAD $140,000–$155,000 annual salary, depending on comparable experience, skill set, and the value you bring to the role.
  • Remote work opportunity based in Canada.
  • Full-time employment, with contract candidates also considered.
  • Opportunity to lead complex Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform architecture initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services, CRM development, enterprise integrations, and modern portal technologies.
  • Significant technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities within a specialized D365 CE environment.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft cloud technologies and product releases.
