This is a high-impact product leadership opportunity focused on shaping an AI-native, mobile-first SaaS experience.
You will own strategic growth initiatives centered on measurable customer outcomes and product value.
The role combines customer research, behavioral data, rapid experimentation, and AI-enabled product development.
As a Principal individual contributor, you will influence engineers, designers, and product leaders without relying on direct authority.
You will operate across complex and ambiguous problem spaces, turning strong product hypotheses into scalable experiences.
The position also offers an opportunity to mentor product managers and raise the standard for discovery, strategy, and execution.

- Own the strategy and execution of key growth initiatives, with a strong focus on improving customer outcomes, retention, and business performance.
- Develop and champion clear perspectives on how product experiences can demonstrate meaningful value to customers through research, behavioral insights, and experimentation.
- Lead cross-functional groups of engineers and designers toward actionable, research-backed, and ROI-focused product outcomes.
- Define product hypotheses, use AI-enabled tools to test and refine ideas, and accelerate the product development lifecycle through rapid experimentation.
- Navigate complex and ambiguous problem spaces, clarify requirements, and align stakeholders across multiple product squads and organizational functions.
- Mentor other product managers and help strengthen capabilities in product discovery, strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution.
- Advocate for customer needs throughout product discovery and development, particularly for small business owners and other users seeking practical growth solutions.
- Help establish stronger product standards and ways of working across the broader product organization.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with substantial experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Proven track record of improving growth and retention metrics and translating customer needs into measurable product outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and the confidence to develop, articulate, and defend a product vision with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor and lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than formal authority.
- Active experience experimenting with AI tools and applying AI to improve product discovery, experimentation, decision-making, or the broader product development lifecycle.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate research and behavioral data into compelling product experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Proven mentoring and coaching capabilities, including experience helping other product managers improve their craft.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while balancing product quality, customer experience, and delivery speed.
- Experience in the SMB space, early-stage startups, internal startup environments, or subscription products is a plus.
- Experience mentoring senior PMs or establishing organizational product standards is also advantageous.

- Published full-time employee salary range of $148,782–$185,977 USD.
