- Structure and analyze people data to support People Analytics initiatives, enabling more strategic, data-driven HR decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to redesign and improve HR processes before automation, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a mentor and advocate for AI adoption within HR, promoting an AI-first culture and upskilling team members in automation tools and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and LGPD regulations in all AI and automation initiatives.
- Strong hybrid background combining HR experience (preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments) with solid technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and large language models applied to business or operational use cases.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and similar workflow orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and experience designing or implementing intelligent automation systems.
- Strong process-thinking skills with the ability to analyze, redesign, and optimize workflows before automation.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, especially LGPD, and best practices in secure data handling.
- Ability to translate HR needs into scalable technical solutions, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 100% remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
- Culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance with strong focus on learning and development.
- Comprehensive benefits package including meal/food allowance, health coverage, home office support, and childcare assistance.
- Education and wellness support, including language courses, therapy discounts, and gym membership benefits.
- Day off on your birthday and additional wellbeing initiatives.
- Access to a feedback-driven culture with regular 1:1s and no micromanagement.
- Opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI technologies in a high-impact HR transformation context.
