Job Title: Administrator*
Location: Campus
Reports To: Head of School
Status: Full-Time, Salaried
Job Summary:
As the Administrator, you will provide vision, leadership, and supervision in the School. You will lead in planning, coordinating, and administrating school activities and programs including student spiritual life activities, student conduct and discipline, testing, and extracurricular programs with the goal of student character development and spiritual formation to support the mission of CSAGH.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Administration & Supervision:
- Provide vision, leadership and oversight of all upper school programs, personnel, and publications.
- Works closely and cooperatively with the administrative team.
- Provide vision, leadership, and oversight of programs and initiatives that assist in spiritual formation and maturity.
- Foster an environment and initiatives that assist students in spiritual formation.
- Effectively utilize school personnel through appropriate assignments to specific positions, grades, and/or subjects.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned School personnel and make annual employment recommendations to the Head of School.
- Prepare upper school calendar for inclusion in the Master Calendar.
- Prepare academic schedules for assigned teachers.
- Assist in the admissions process for all new students.
- Prepare student schedules.
- Create an education environment that facilitates student learning.
- Oversee and/or administer student discipline of students.
- Schedule and conduct faculty meetings.
- Organize school orientation programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
2) Curriculum:
- Develop, recommend, and oversee the budget.
- Assess, develop, recommend, and implement assigned curriculum.
- Develop and oversee all co-curricular (i.e. athletic, fine arts, clubs, etc.) school programs.
- Attend educational policy and curricular meetings.
- Oversee the Challenge Program including the selection of students.
3) Internal and Public Relations:
- Represent the School to the Board of Directors, fellow school personnel, parents, and members of the community-at-large.
- Develop rapport with students, staff, parents, and Board members.
- Attend monthly Board meetings providing monthly written reports.
- Represent the Board of Directors to the personnel and parents.
- Participate in school wide programs (i.e. Association Meetings, Open Houses,
Orientations, etc.) and other special programs as appropriate.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education required, master’s degree preferred.
- Valid license in administration or willing to attain required.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in supervision and administration preferred.
- Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time and supports organization’s goals and values.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently and sets goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Meets deadlines; completes work in a timely manner; strives to increase productivity and works quickly.
- High degree of skill with Microsoft Office Suites and other windows applications preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to stand, sit, move around the office for extended periods, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Lifting, bending, and carrying office materials and supplies.
- Operate a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written, and listen regularly.
