This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication, and our growing distribution channel, Alumination Architectural Products.

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently lead a crew that installs ACM, metal wall paneling, awnings, sunshades, canopies, and custom metal facade products.. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan while fostering our highly collaborative company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install ACM and Metal wall paneling, awnings, sunshades, canopies, and custom metal products per provided drawings and specifications.

  • Read blueprints and shop drawings to understand necessary installation steps.

  • Perform Field Measurements on job sites to ensure proper fabrication takes place.

  • Required to travel to project sites across the state of Texas, and sometimes other states, with overnight stays. Out of town travel will be in a company provided vehicle.

  • Operate specialized equipment including scaffolding, ladders, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts.

  • High understanding and passion for the direction of the company, its employees, and its culture.

  • Effectively coordinate and manage installation of assigned projects in/out of town.

  • Effectively communicate with installers, clients, and contractors.

  • Responsible for field training new installers and other foremen.

  • Deliver fair assessments for crew evaluations.

  • Actively maintain professionalism in the workplace.

  • Be reachable and available to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

  • Attend Foreman’s Meetings as scheduled.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

  • Maintain company-issued equipment and technology.

  • Equip installers with necessary tools and information for project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years Foreman leadership experience installing ACM and Metal Wall Paneling, along with other architectural metal products like canopies, awnings, sunshades.

  • Experience field measuring facades to record proper product fabrication sizes and layouts.

  • Experience with hand tools and product alterations using shears, punches, rivet guns.

  • Experience applying waterproofing sealants and caulking.

  • OSHA 30 Certified.

  • Ability to travel out of town, out of state, with overnight stays.

  • Basic computer skills, including Google Drive, Docs, and Mail with the ability to use a tablet or cellular phone for time management procedures.

  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.

  • Ability to accurately read tape measures and construction drawings.

  • Proven ability to effectively perform under pressure while problem solving.

  • Certifications with aerial lifts and forklifts preferred.
