The role is particularly interesting as it provides involvement in organizing training programs, managing learning resources, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting sales enablement initiatives. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside sales, marketing, and product teams, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of the business.
Opportunity –In this role, you will:
- Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development of learning materials and training content
- Manage onboarding of new Resource Persons (RPs) and Question Paper (QP) developers
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand customized requirements for question papers and execute through external vendors and developers
- Liaise with resource persons for travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring smooth and comfortable logistics for seminars and training sessions
- Support the organization and execution of seminars and training activities
- Maintain and enhance publicly accessible OUP product information
- Ensure availability and management of sales collateral for effective product representation in the market
- Enable and administer co-operative marketing initiatives in collaboration with teams
- Coordinate marketing activities and ensure effective implementation with measurable outcomes
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with essential product and competitive information prepared by the marketing team
- Assist in training sales teams on SMART OUP and support its adoption
- Maintain and update information on SMART OUP to support planning, reporting, and analysis
Impact:

- Graduate with 3–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of publishing or online marketing
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
