**Job Title: **General Laborer – 3rd Party Logistics Location: Santa Ana, California Department: Production / 3rd Party Logistics **About the Role **The General Laborer plays a key role in daily production operations within our 3rd Party Logistics. This position supports various stages of production, packaging, and sanitation to ensure product quality, consistency, and efficiency. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork. **Key Responsibilities *** Perform general labor tasks including material handling, weighing, labeling, and packaging products. * Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Assist in setting up and teardown of equipment and production areas as needed. * Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or defects to a supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards. * Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process or workflow inefficiencies. * Follow all company policies, including those related to attendance, safety, and workplace conduct. * Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and quality assurance teams to meet production goals and maintain product integrity. * Assist in maintaining accurate records of production data, waste logs, and material usage. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. **Qualifications *** High school diploma or GED preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a 3rd Party Logistics, warehouse, or production environment (Hemp or 3PL experience a plus). * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Basic understanding of safety and sanitation procedures. **Work Environment *** Fast-paced production setting. * Exposure to plant material, oils, and related odors. * May require working around machinery, heat, and varying noise levels. * Must be able to wear the required PPE (gloves, hairnet, safety glasses, etc.). **Schedule *** Full-time; multiple shifts available (AM, PM, or Overnight). * Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
