Home Health Therapy Technician (Bilingual – Spanish)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Therapy Technician to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in guiding families through the admissions process and ensuring they receive the support and information they need. As a bilingual (Spanish) professional, you will serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking families, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Support families throughout the admissions process with professionalism and empathy.
*Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to answer questions and provide accurate information.
*Manage and maintain admissions documentation and records with attention to detail.
*Utilize computer systems to process applications and track data efficiently.
*Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.
*Travel to various locations throughout the Dallas area as required; must maintain reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
*Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth.
*Assist therapists with evaluations as needed
Qualifications:
*Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
*Medical Assistant background or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
*Proficient in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR)
