?? What This Role Will Own

• Creating compelling social media posts that connect with our audience through practical, actionable insights and medically accurate information on root cause medicine.
• Regularly develop and publish content across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube.
• Deep analytics: posting content and observing results, aiming to do more of what works and less of what doesn't.
• Managing our social media calendar, guiding the strategy around what we're posting, when, and why.
• Work collaboratively with Rupa's Marketing and Media teams, taking ownership of cross-departmental social media projects.

?? Hard Requirements

• 2-5 Years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & Threads).
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and other platform-specific analytics.
• Content creation skills: Ability to create and edit multimedia content (images, videos) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
• Basic graphic design skills: Ability to create visually appealing posts and graphics.
• Ability to craft compelling copy tailored to different social media platforms and audiences.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.

?? Nice To Have Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the healthcare/functional medicine industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with B2B social media strategies, including LinkedIn marketing and industry-specific content creation.
• Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Social Media Advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
• Proven success in growing a personal social media account on any major platform (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
