Job Description
Responsible for the interpretation, evaluation, preparation and dispensing, and procurement and storage of medications in keeping with established policies, procedures, standards of practice and scope of pharmacy services provided. Collaborates with multidisciplinary care providers to monitor, assess and intervene as needed to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective medication use. Requirements: RI license.
Pharmacists that provide staffing for inpatient and ambulatory area coverage, and are not solely focused on Medication Reconciliation duties, are required to have active BLS certification as part of their job duties.Scan to Apply
