Compensation: $20/hour + commission & bonuses
?? Fun & Engaging Training: We'll guide you through our business and teach you the ropes of running outside estimates. Most of our leads come from our awesome reputation and effective advertising!

- Experience with numbers, outside sales, construction, or design is a plus—but not required!

- Availability for 5 PM and Saturday appointments is required.

?? CRM Superstar: Document info, track daily traffic, and assist with sales reports!
?? Qualify & Estimate: Identify client needs and create detailed proposals that impress!
?? Negotiate with Flair: Understand design principles and close those deals!
