Job Description
We’re looking for Senior Financial Analysts who are excited to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the financial health of our organization. In this role, you’ll analyze complex financial and operational data, support medium to large-scale projects, and help guide strategic initiatives through thoughtful insights and recommendations.
You’ll determine appropriate methods, resources, priorities, and timelines to ensure projects stay aligned with organizational goals and budget expectations. This role requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to apply established financial principles to new and complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial and administrative analysis for complex projects
Gather, interpret, and analyze data to support decision-making
Develop reports, assumptions, and recommendations impacting revenue cycle performance
Establish project methods, timelines, and priorities
Apply analytical thinking to solve new and complex problems
Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion
Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals
Perform other related duties as assigned

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, data-informed insights and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare finance
Supervisory experience preferred
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, statistical, and technical data
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while meeting deadlines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to make recommendations that positively impact the revenue cycle
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when working with diverse teams
