Job Description Overview
The Clerical Support associate contributes directly to the accurate and timely organization and distribution of outgoing mail and miscellaneous projects. The position works closely with multiple internal departments to support office workflows and revenue cycle processes.
This is an entrylevel, onsite position designed for candidates who are eager to learn, detailoriented, and interested in building a foundation in healthcare administration and billing support.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Print, organize, and send outgoing correspondence at a large scale using mail equipment (printers, folding machine, postage machine, etc..)
- Scan, index, and upload documents into internal systems to ensure records are complete, accessible, and properly maintained
- Perform data entry tasks with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail to support billing and revenue cycle operations
- Develop a working understanding of departmental workflows to support efficient collaboration and problem resolution
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and company policies at all times
- Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as assigned by management
- Additional job duties as assigned
Skills/Experience Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong ability to multitask and manage routine work in a fastpaced environment
- Collaborative team player able to work effectively with multiple internal departments
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to work comfortably with dual monitors
- High attention to detail with strong followthrough and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable for individual work quality
- Quick learner who is comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification
- Previous experience working with the public or handling administrative tasks is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to approximately 20 pounds as needed for mail and document handling
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment
