Customer Service Associate

Seasonal Position (Sunday-Saturday)

JOB DUTIES:

• Work directly on sales floor, and registers assisting customers and accomplishing “Bachman’s Customer Service Culture
• Process all store transactions according to established procedures including In-store pickup, Curbside pickup and Delivery orders, returns for customers and transfers to other stores.
• Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, stocking and displaying merchandise.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This position requires excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic math skills.
• Past cashier experience is preferred.

• Flexible work schedule/Retail store hours (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
• Expected to work a minimum of half the weekend days each month, in May preferably more
• Mother's Day weekend has required work shifts

COMPENSATION: $16.50/Hour
