Warehouse Associate / Picker Packer - Durham, NC - 17.00 - 17.50/hour at iBoost Talent Raleigh South – Durham, North Carolina

A high volume, climate controlled distribution center in Durham, NC is hiring Warehouse Associates for order picking and packing on 1st and 2nd shift. These are temp-to-hire positions with a direct path to permanent employment.

• Pay: $17.00 - $17.50/hour, paid weekly, direct deposit
• Schedule: 1st shift and 2nd shift openings available, Monday through Friday
• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Durham, NC

• Use a handheld scanner to locate and pull individual pieces from shelving across the distribution center floor
• Pack and label outbound shipments accurately to meet daily fulfillment production goals
• Verify order accuracy before packing to ensure shipments leave the distribution center correctly
• Keep your work area organized and free of debris throughout the shift
• Support receiving and shipping operations as daily distribution volume requires
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all warehouse safety guidelines throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stay on your feet for a full shift in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to Durham, NC
• Consistent attendance record -- this role requires you to show up when scheduled
• Ability to work at a steady, goal-oriented pace in a high volume distribution environment

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or general labor
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
