About This Position
Our Payroll Revenue Clerks (PRCs) focus on the revenue and payroll aspects of our operations. Like a Camp Host they reside on site, however, their attention is focused on the revenue collection, processing, and reporting, as well as the payroll collection, processing, and reporting. They fulfill an important role of ensuring accurate and timely reporting of both aspects, which upholds the trust in our systems with our agency partners (i.e. Forest Service, Utility Companies, etc.) and our e?mployees. Payroll Revenue Clerks have a talent for data organization and processing, attention to detail, reconciliation, checks and balances, and computer work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have superior Customer Service Skills
- Be able to defuse/de-escalate a tense situation between parties. Conflict resolution experience would be very helpful.
- Ability to scan, copy and email copy documents with scanners and multi-function printers and copiers.
- Ability to use a computer to enter revenue and payroll information on Excel spreadsheets
- Use a calculator to balance the revenue.
THE DUTIES
- Process employee's payroll weekly.
- Collect and reconcile cash fees from the camp hosts.
- Prepare and do bank deposits.
- Order on-line supplies for the district.
- Purchase in stores supplies for the district.
- Document and properly process and file district paperwork.
- Train the employees on how to complete weekly timesheets.
- Assist District Managers in their duties as needed.
- Assist Facility Leads in their duties as needed.
- Assist Camp Hosts in their duties as needed.

- Anticipated Weekly Hours are: 40 hrs./ week.
LOCATION
In the southwestern corner of Washington in the Pacific Northwest, this area is located in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest along the Lewis River and the series of reservoirs that are formed along it. Those familiar with Washington will see that this area is north of Vancouver, WA, and then 10 miles east of Woodland, WA along Hwy 503. It continues 40 miles upstream along the shores of Merwin Reservoir, Yale Reservoir, and Swift Reservoir.
