Pay Range: $17-$22 / hour

Key duties include operating kitchen equipment and collaborating with team members to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present food items to order using grills, fryers, and ovens, following exact recipes.
• Brand Standards & Quality: Ensure all food meets Denny's quality, portion, and temperature standards.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
• Operational Support: Prep ingredients, manage inventory levels (par levels), and clean equipment.
• Guest Focus: Fulfill special requests and ensure all food is plated efficiently and correctly

Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Skills: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings/nights.
• Training: Completion of required training and food safety certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Extensive standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Working in varying temperatures (hot grill, cold coolers).
