We're looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) with full-cycle recruiting experience — someone who can source, screen, interview, and close candidates while building the kind of pipeline that keeps our clients fully staffed and our talent engaged. This isn't post-and-pray recruiting. This is proactive, relationship-driven work across a high-volume hospitality staffing operation.

What You'll Do

Own the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding — start to finish
Design and execute recruiting strategies tailored to hospitality staffing demands across multiple client accounts
Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications based on job and task analysis
Source candidates through databases, social media, job boards, employee referrals, community outreach, and direct recruiting
Screen résumés and applications, then conduct structured interviews using reliable selection tools and methods
Assess candidates on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with operations and account managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs
Prepare and post recruitment materials to job boards, social platforms, colleges, and community networks
Onboard new hires to ensure smooth integration into client properties
Maintain organized candidate records and deliver well-documented recruiting reports to the team
Build and nurture candidate relationships throughout the selection process — you are the face of Next Generation to every applicant

What You Bring

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and spoken, non-negotiable
Proven recruiting experience — staffing agency background strongly preferred; in-house experience also valued
Demonstrated ability to conduct multiple interview formats: structured, competency-based, behavioral, phone, and video
Hands-on experience with selection processes including reference checks, skills assessments, and candidate evaluation tools
Familiarity with ATS, CMS, HRIS, or HRMS platforms — you've worked inside recruiting software, not around it
Ability to manage high-volume requisitions without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you connect with people across backgrounds, languages, and experience levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple open roles and client timelines
Sharp decision-making — you know when to advance a candidate and when to pass
Open availability preferred — willingness to flex schedules to meet recruiting demands, including occasional evenings or weekends for hiring events
