Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Software/Tools Required:
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience using Shopify and Merchant processing platform
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Monthly Salary: 37,000.00 to 40,500 plus HMO
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm EST

And we're looking for E-commerce Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Organize merchant documents (bank statements, IDs, etc.) in Dropbox or Box folders, Collect information
Fill out and manage merchant account applications including entity information, website details, business descriptors, and average ticket prices
Update and maintain records in Airtable
Admin work and communicate and coordinate with clients and vendors (Back and forth with clients)
Light inbound phone calls only as needed
Software/Tools Required:
Airtable - Basic knowledge
Merchant Processing platforms - Basic understanding of merchant processing applications and terminology
Document management systems (Dropbox/Box)
Connective CRM - Client internal platform, training will be provided
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience using Shopify and Merchant processing platform
• Has worked at a payment processor before
• Has worked in applying and doing paperwork for Merchant Accounts
• Must be proficient using Airtable
• Must be proficient using Airtable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
