They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. Parking Ambassador

Principal Job Duties:

• Assist patrons and personnel as needed at Exits or Entrances
• Perform cashier transactions as needed
• Provide and ensure first-class customer service.
• Assist with lane openings and closures
• Perform equipment and system inspections
• Assist customer in lane
• Provide customer service in an upbeat and positive manner.
• Trouble shoot customers experiencing difficulties with their transactions
• Secure dropped gate
• Report operational issues to Supervisor or MOD found in their work area
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with stations
• Additional related duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills which includes de-escalation and problem solving. - Ability to handle frustrated travelers - Cash handling experience - Ability to be approachable with a friendly attitude - Ability to work independently and multi-task. - Ability to interpret, communicate and understand policies, procedures, and rules. - Ability to be present and ready to work as scheduled - Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. - Must be able to be adaptable to operation change for customer support - Must be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements. - Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level

Physical Demands:

- Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. - Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. - Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. - Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
