Position Overview

The Sales Valet plays a key role in delivering a premium dealership experience by providing exceptional customer service and supporting vehicle flow operations. This position is responsible for assisting guests upon arrival, managing valet services efficiently, and ensuring vehicles are handled safely and professionally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage customer and dealership vehicles
• Support vehicle flow across showroom, parking areas, and delivery zones
• Assist guests with directions and general inquiries to enhance their experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and driving guidelines
• Report any vehicle damage or unsafe conditions to management
• Collaborate with Sales team and staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Driving Assignments Only

• Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred but not required)
• Driving duties are assigned based on role level and operational needs

General Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with vehicle movement and lot duties
