About the Role:

The Demand Plan Support Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of demand planning processes within the organization. This position supports the demand planning team by managing data inputs, coordinating communication between departments, and maintaining demand planning systems. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to validate and reconcile demand forecasts, helping to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand effectively. By providing timely and accurate administrative support, the Demand Plan Support Admin contributes to the overall supply chain performance and business continuity. This position serves as a key liaison between demand planners, sales, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles, preferably within supply chain or demand planning environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Based on government contracts, requires US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with demand planning or supply chain management software such as SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or retail environment.
• Certification in supply chain or demand planning (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection, validation, and entry of demand forecast data into planning systems.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather relevant information impacting demand plans.
• Maintain and update demand planning databases and documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on demand forecast status and discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Support the demand planning team in resolving data inconsistencies and system issues promptly.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators related to demand planning accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate communication and follow-up on action items arising from demand planning meetings.
