What You’ll DoAs a Residential Service Electrician, you’ll be the trusted expert our customers rely on. You will:
Repair, maintain, and install residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, and more).
Diagnose electrical issues and deliver effective, safe solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service while educating homeowners.
Make professional recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
Ensure all work meets industry and company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and represent the company with professionalism.
To thrive as a Mister Sparky Residential Service Electrician, you’ll need:
2+ years of residential electrical experience, including handling service calls
ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred – ability to use it for dispatching, invoicing, workflow, and estimates
Proven ability to meet sales and KPI goals while maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and providing high-quality service
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
