What You'll Be Doing

• Lead residential plumbing installations from start to finish
• Remove and replace outdated plumbing systems with modern, high-efficiency upgrades
• Install water heaters (standard & tankless), repipes, water filtration systems, fixtures, and remodel plumbing systems
• Ensure all work is clean, precise, and up to code
• Read plans and job specifications to execute installs correctly the first time
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about scope, timelines, and system operation
• Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities (tankless systems, whole-home filtration, pressure regulators, smart shut-off valves, service plans)
• Provide accurate job documentation and estimates using company software
• Maintain a clean job site and organized company vehicle
  

Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay ahead of industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable presenting upgrade options and service recommendations
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
