Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sell new and used vehicles to customers

- Achieve sales targets and objectives

- Build relationships with customers and maintain a customer database

- Follow up with potential and existing customers to promote sales

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns

- Conduct test drives with potential customers

- Negotiate prices and financing terms with customers

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and targets

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Process and complete paperwork related to vehicle sales

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry- preferred NOT Required

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Valid driver's license
