As a Sales Associate for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Outlet Store, you will be responsible for driving sales through delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work in partnership with all associates and managers to learn about our product and brand. You will also be pro-active in building and maintaining lasting client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Stay up to date with product knowledge of store offeringsGreet, engage, and educate customers on the features and benefits of furniture and accessoriesProcess register transactions accurately and efficientlyUphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelinesTake initiative and have a high-level of ownership and accountability for individual resultsWelcomes feedback and adapts behaviors as appropriateRepresent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism

1+ years of experience in retail or home furnishings industryProven ability to exceed sales goalsExceptional attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient with current technology i.e. iPads, MAC, PC

Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelinesAbility to maneuver effectively around sales floor and stockroomPosition entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbingFull time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
