Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators is hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business across residential and commercial accounts in the Davenport area.

This is a true new business role—ideal for a salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

Compensation
  • Base Pay: $20/hour ($41,600 annually)
  • Uncapped Commission on all closed business
  • On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$100,000+
  • Paid training and ongoing sales support

  • Bed bug treatments
  • Termite services
  • Commercial pest control programs
  • Recurring service contracts across multiple industries

You’ll be selling services that businesses need on an ongoing basis, creating strong earning potential through repeat and long-term accounts.

Target Customers
  • Hotels, motels, and extended-stay properties
  • Apartment complexes and property managers
  • Restaurants, bars, and food facilities
  • Healthcare facilities and nursing homes
  • Retail, office, and commercial buildings
  • Residential customers with urgent service needs
What You’ll Do
  • Prospect daily via phone and in-person outreach (door-to-door)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assess customer needs
  • Present solutions, pricing, and service plans
  • Handle objections and close new business
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
  • Work independently in the field with full ownership of your territory
What We’re Looking For
  • Required: Prior cold-calling experience (phone and/or in-person)
  • Outside sales or B2B sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads and close deals
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This role is NOT a fit for candidates without prior prospecting or cold-calling experience.
