â What Youâll DoDeliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers, vendors, and nearby Sales Centers
Load and unload your truck each day with accuracy and care
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
Assist in warehouse operations: picking orders, verifying inventory, and keeping things organized
Complete daily truck inspections and maintenance checklists
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Report hazards or incidents promptly
Keep your truck and workspace clean, safe, and ready for action
Support the team with additional tasks as needed
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
At least 1 year of truckâdriving experience (box truck experience preferred)
Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)
CDL is a plus â not required
Warehouse or forklift experience is a bonus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fastâpaced environment
A teamâfirst attitude and interest in learning and growing
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Must be 21+ with a valid driverâs license
Clear, confident communication
Strong problemâsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Customerâfirst mindset with a knack for building longâterm relationships
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, or crouching as needed
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
Visual acuity for reading labels, inspecting equipment, and operating machinery
