Join Corus Home Health in Albuquerque as a Home Health Occupational Therapist and bring transformative care directly to patients where they need it most — at home. You'll empower independence and restore daily function for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-home assessments to determine functional impairments and therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that support safety, self-care, and mobility
  • Provide hands-on interventions focused on ADLs, home safety, and patient-specific goals
  • Educate patients and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses, aides, and physicians for coordinated care
  • Document progress and modify care plans in response to clinical changes
  • Support safe transitions and long-term functional wellness
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of New Mexico
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfort working independently in patients’ homes
  • Experience with EMR systems and mobile charting tools
  • Passion for enabling independence and dignity through skilled therapy
