Mountaintop Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to take a hands-on leadership role in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• You will manage layouts, guide crews, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship on every jobsite.
• Site Leadership: Lead and supervise daily carpentry activities, delegating tasks to ensure efficient teamwork.
• Technical Execution: Read architectural drawings to perform accurate layouts of walls, roofs, and structures.
• Craftsmanship: Install cabinets, millwork, and custom carpentry to meet project specifications.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to crew members to strengthen skills.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Safety: Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of carpentry/construction experience.
• Industry Focus: Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.
• Language: Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of layouts, framing, custom cabinet installation, and millwork.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license required.
• Tech: Experience with construction software is a plus.
