Job Description:

Endorse Infinity is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team in Miami, FL. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support our PR initiatives, helping to craft and maintain our brand image, and ensuring effective communication between our company and the public.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Write press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
• Maintain and update media lists and contact databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, press conferences, and other media events.
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics.
• Help manage social media accounts and engage with our audience.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and collateral.
• Assist in crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PR role or related position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software tools.
