We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to grow within a top-producing real estate team while staying active in the field and earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with buyers, hosting open houses, showing homes, and building confidence through real day-to-day experience alongside experienced agents.

You will learn to conduct property showings, communicate with clients, and create a strong client experience throughout the home search process. This path allows you to stay engaged in active real estate conversations while gaining hands-on exposure to how productive agents manage relationships, appointments, and transactions.

• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
