This role is focused on supporting fast-paced, high-volume operational workflows within a property inspection service environment. You will play a key part in ensuring that inspections are scheduled, executed, and properly communicated between field teams, property managers, and residents. The work is dynamic and detail-heavy, requiring constant coordination, real-time problem solving, and strong communication skills. You will handle time-sensitive scheduling challenges, access issues, and ongoing status updates while maintaining accuracy across multiple cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in structured, high-volume environments and enjoys keeping complex logistics running smoothly.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily inspection operations, ensuring that appointments are scheduled, confirmed, and completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. You will act as the central point of coordination between residents, field inspectors, and property managers, resolving operational issues in real time and maintaining accurate tracking of each inspection lifecycle.

  • Schedule and confirm property inspections with residents and stakeholders
  • Coordinate field inspectors during active appointments and manage real-time updates
  • Resolve access issues, cancellations, and no-shows in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate inspection tracking from scheduling through completion
  • Provide clear status updates to property managers and internal teams
  • Document blockers, outcomes, and follow-up actions in operational systems
  • Follow up on open items until full resolution and closure
  • Identify recurring issues and flag operational inefficiencies
Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative professional with experience in high-volume coordination, customer support, or operations environments. You should be comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks, handling frequent communication, and maintaining accuracy in structured workflows. Strong English communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure are essential.

  • Experience in phone-heavy operations, customer coordination, or scheduling roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage repetitive, time-sensitive, and high-volume workflows
  • Strong attention to detail, tracking, and documentation accuracy
  • Calm and composed approach when dealing with changing schedules or issues
  • Good judgment in prioritizing tasks and escalating when needed
  • Reliability in structured operational environments
  • Interest in learning property services or field operations workflows
  • Experience with CRMs, ticketing systems, or scheduling tools is a plus
  • Background in logistics, dispatch, property management, or field support is a bonus
Benefits
  • Fully remote position
  • Competitive USD-based compensation aligned with experience
  • Hands-on exposure to end-to-end operational processes
  • Structured workflows with clear expectations and feedback
  • Opportunity to transition into client-facing or account management roles
  • Fast-paced environment focused on learning and operational growth
  • Supportive team culture valuing accuracy and follow-through
  • Experience working with real-time service coordination systems
