Production Associate- Level 1 in Elkhart, Indiana at Dicor Corporation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective: A level 1 production associate position is the entry level position. The objective of this position is to develop a solid understanding of the basic requirements of the production process and demonstrate these requirements at an acceptable level of performance. Development of a strong skills base is required to move to the next production associate level.

Essential Functions:

*Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all functions of 1 zone on the production line.

*Learn and demonstrate proficiency in completion of all production documentation.

Supervisory Responsibility: Provide training, support and guidance as needed to ensure the employee has the best opportunity for success.

Work Environment:

*Indoor work is required.

*Working conditions can change based on seasons.

Physical Demands: Lifting of up to 50lbs on a daily basis.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

*40 hours per week with potential for overtime.

Travel: No travel is required for this position.

Required Education and Experience:

*High school diploma or equivalent.
