Position Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our trailer/Truck upfit manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the assembly, fabrication, and finishing processes involved in producing high-quality trailers. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble trailer components and structures according to production specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment such as welders, saws, drills, grinders, and other power tools.
• Perform metal fabrication tasks, including cutting, welding, and grinding.
• Install electrical wiring, lights, brakes, and other systems as required.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all parts and finished products meet company standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of tools, machines, and workstations.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document work progress and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with potential for overtime based on production needs.
• Flexible to work shifts as required, including occasional weekends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
