Job Description: The Hospital Greeter will ensure every individual receives a warm welcome and feels comfortable, valued and well-informed. Will provide general information and directions as requested.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to empathize with individuals in stressful situations.Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Experience: No previous experience required; however, previous customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred.
