What You’ll Do
Assist Guests: Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide guests through planning and booking their
vacations.
Upsell with Ease: Recommend travel upgrades and options that enhance their experience and deliver value.
Collect Payments: Confidently navigate payment processes to finalize reservations and secure bookings.
Follow Proven Scripts: Use structured tools and processes to connect with guests and meet team goals.
Provide Excellent Service: Deliver friendly, professional support that leaves a lasting impression.

Job Details
Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Location: On-site in Wilmington, NC—must live in or near Wilmington or be able to commute daily.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older due to telemarketing financial transaction policies
