Lead Preschool Teacher - Multi-Site at Magical Beginnings – Groveland, Massachusetts

Magical Beginnings is hiring a Multi-Site Lead Teacher to support 34 designated early childhood education centers. This is a high-impact role for a strong Lead Teacher who is flexible, dependable, and energized by variety.

The Field Lead Teacher works across classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, providing classroom leadership, stability, and hands-on support wherever its needed most. This position is ideal for a motivated educator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently adjust to daily changes.

Some mileage may be reimbursed. Pay rates are determined based on years of experience, education, and certifications. Payroll is processed weekly.
