This isn’t your typical sales role. You’ll be out in the community, building real relationships, and making things happen.
- Connect with local businesses, schools, and organizations to bring in catering and group events
- Be the face of Costa Vida in your community—network, promote, and build excitement around our brand
- Turn conversations into opportunities by identifying and closing catering sales
- Plan and coordinate events, spirit nights, and caterings from start to finish
- Work closely with restaurant teams to deliver amazing guest experiences
- Keep your pipeline moving by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activity

Requirements:PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
- Prolonged Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk, using a computer, or attending meetings.
- Dexterity and Fine Motor Skills: Frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse, as well as handling documents, contracts, and other office supplies.
- Visual Acuity: Ability to read and interpret documents, contracts, and reports, with or without corrective lenses.
- Auditory Skills: Ability to hear and understand conversations during client meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
- Mobility: Ability to move around the office and attend events or client meetings at various locations. Must be able to navigate different environments and manage event logistics.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a personal or company vehicle to attend client meetings, site visits, and events. Must be able to handle varying traffic conditions and navigate to different locations effectively.
- Occasional Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for tasks such as transporting promotional materials, event supplies, or presentation equipment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying physical demands based on client meetings, event setups, and travel requirements.

- Office and Restaurant Settings No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. (Such as in a typical office.)
