Compensation & Benefits
*Salary Range: $43,000 – $47,000 annually
*Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Paid Time Off (PTO), and potential annual bonus.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce & Volunteer Coordinator to support our HR and volunteer programs. This position ensures smooth onboarding, scheduling, and engagement for employees and volunteers while assisting with basic HR administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
*Prepare onboarding packets and assist with new hire orientation.
*Maintain accurate employee and volunteer records in HR systems.
*Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues to HR Manager.
*Track volunteer hours and prepare monthly reports.
*Recruit and schedule volunteers for programs and events.
*Organize volunteer appreciation activities and assist with internal events.
Qualifications
*Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
*1–2 years in HR support or volunteer coordination.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or volunteer management tools a plus.
