This is a relatively new, rapidly-growing options trading team with a heavy focus on technology and a startup-like culture. We solve complex volatility-centric problems using advanced statistics, massive time-series data, and elite engineering.

This role will work side-by-side with traders and researchers to implement strategies, optimize systems, and expand the existing platform. It demands a high degree of responsibility, and a genuine interest in finding sustainable solutions to real technical challenges. Both engineering rigor and strong interpersonal skills are a must. You will own key projects end-to-end, developing a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs, translating requirements into systematic technical designs, and leveraging deep knowledge of high-performance computing to deliver a suitable end-product.

The anticipated base salary for this role is $175,000 - $250,000. This range is representative of starting base salaries at Summit Securities Group; the final offer and placement within this range will be based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. Please note that base salary is only one component of our total compensation package and does not include performance-based bonuses.
