Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Management Accountant to join its passionate team.

About the role

As T2’s Management Accountant, you will support the finance and supply chain teams by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting and controls across all supply chain activities. Reporting to the CFO, the role is responsible for inventory reconciliation, landed cost management, and supply chain financial reporting, and acting as the key finance contact for the supply chain and operations functions.

The role works closely with the Senior Finance BP, CFO, and the Supply Chain and Distribution Centre teams to ensure supply chain costs are deeply understood, risks are proactively identified, and financial data supports sound operational decision making. Building strong working relationships with Supply Chain and DC stakeholders is a critical element of this role, enabling effective collaboration on cost management, inventory accuracy and operational performance.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Landed Costs - Review and monitor weekly reconciliation of the landed costs account and partner with supply chain teams to investigate and resolve variances and support cost optimisation initiatives
  • Inventory - Monitor inventory adjustments across the business and investigate anomalies and identify risks and support mitigation actions
  • Supply Chain Financial Reporting - Prepare and distribute inventory and landed cost reports including providing analysis on supply chain performance, highlighting key cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Month End - Prepare and post month-end journals and support accrual calculations in line with reporting deadlines; Lead detailed variance analysis for supply chain
  • Stakeholder Support - Act as the primary finance contact for logistics, supply chain, warehouse and operations; Build strong relationships across marketing, creative, product, IT and HR to support cost management, budget tracking, financial performance and provide financial insight to stakeholders to support informed decision-making

About you

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Part-qualified or working towards CA/CPA
  • 1–3 year’s experience in a finance or management accounting role
  • Experience with inventory or supply chain finance highly regarded
  • Domestic travel as required including frequent travel to the T2 Distribution Centre in Ravenhall
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong stakeholder engagement and a collaborative spirit
