Treatment Coordinator (Case Manager) – Cambridge Dental Group
Dearborn Heights, MI
Cambridge Dental Group is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator (Case Manager) to join our growing general dentistry practice. If you thrive on helping patients understand their treatment, building trust, and confidently guiding them toward accepting care, we’d love to meet you.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient education, case presentation, and helping patients say “yes” to the care they need. You’ll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure patients fully understand their treatment options and feel comfortable moving forward.
Schedule- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Every other Saturday required, day off during the week when working a Saturday
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
- Help patients understand insurance coverage and financial options
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-ups
- Utilize third-party financing options to help patients move forward with care
- Track and follow up on pending treatment plans
- Work closely with the clinical team to support patient flow and case acceptance
- Minimum 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience required
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
- Knowledge of third-party financing options (Sunbit, Cherry, CareCredit) preferred
- Experience with Open Dental, Dental Intel, and Modento is a plus
- Sales confidence and the ability to guide patients toward treatment acceptance

Requirements:Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt.
Reports to: Operations Manager.
